RentCo Africa presented the men’s national basketball team, Kenya Morans with a four-year sponsorship deal during a private ceremony at Nyayo Gymnasium last year.
Speaking at the event, Rentco Deputy CEO Michael Amingh emphasized that the partnership between the two brands was due to the Morans’ continued dedication and hard work displayed in their recent matches and their brilliant results.
Starting with a 3-Million-shilling cheque aimed to cushion the team’s needs during the pandemic period and to cater to their kit essentials, RentCo vowed to increase support with an annual deal revision.
Later, at the beginning of 2021, the Kenya Morans went ahead to grab international headlines by beating the African giants, the Angolan team for the first time in the history of basketball in Africa.
